What is DebtCC point all about?
DebtCC point is a reward to encourage DebtCC community members for helping each other by making informative post so that the members are really benefited.
How are DebtCC points obtained?
When you post a new topic or reply to the existing topics, the system allocates you with some points based on the quality and the length of the post. When your total DebtCC points reaches 1000 points, you will be able to encash your points. Each point amounts to 1 cent. Thus 1000 DebtCC points will fetch you $ 10.
Is the DebtCC point applicable for all the forums?
The DebtCC point is applicable to all the forums except "The Pub, feedback and announcements" forum. If you post a new topic or reply to an existing one, you will see that the system is assigning you with some points but it will not be added to your total DebtCC points.
Who are eligible for DebtCC points?
Only DebtCC's registered members are eligible for earning DebtCC points with each post under each forum. To register yourself as DebtCC's community member, click here. Each point is encashable. The points earned for posting under the 'The Pub, feedback and announcements? forum are not encashable.
Where can I see my points?
You can see your earned DebtCC points in every post made by you.
How are points encashed?
When you reach 1000 points, you will be able to encash your points. All you need to do is to inform Denny or Mike either by email or personal message. He will send your request to the accounts department. They will calculate your points and pay to the member. Denny will post in the thread "Payment for DebtCC points" with the snapshot of the payment made to the member to announce that the payment has been made.
What is the mode of payment?
The payment has been made in two modes: 1) Through paypal or 2) By cheque.
What information do I need to send to Denny at the time of point encashment?
If you want to get paid through paypal, you only need to send your paypal email address alongwith your full name. The amount will be credited to your account instantly and you will receive a mail from paypal regarding the receipt.. If you do not have a paypal account, you can have it by cheque also. In that case, you need to send your full name and residential address
What happens once I redeem my points?
At the time of encashment your DebtCC points are recorded. When you request for the payment for the second time, you will be paid for excess of points over your last redeemed points (for which you have been already paid). Below is a table for your better understanding.

Once the payment is made, you will be informed through mail or by private message and the payment information together with the snapshot will be posted by Denny in "Payment for DebtCC points" topic.
I've already encashed my points but my DebtCC points are not getting reduced. Why?
The system will not reflect your encashed DebtCC points and it will be added to your previous points (depicting your total points). We keep a record of each memberĂÔ last encashed points and you will be paid accordingly. Please check the above table.
How many days are required to reimburse the DebtCC points?
We send every point reimbursement request to our accounts department as and when we receive it. You need to send your request either to Denny or Mike though mail or by private messages. The payment request will be processed within 4 business days. Sometime we had to hold it for some days due to some unavoidable reasons. We will also inform the members for the delay in payment.
